The conductor is the medium between the orchestra and the audience, between the written score and the actual sound. Through the maestro, the composer’s word bursts forth the orchestra and is a marriage between his interpretation and conviction.

The optimal artistic result of conducting assumes an advanced conducting technique and clarity, an inflationary world of emotion, a respectful attitude of the essence of music, tolerance toward and acceptance of other cultures and, above all, artistic ethics.
